People continually say they would invest in Real Estate except for…”the tenants!” Are you crazy? I love tenants! They maintain my properties as if they were their own, they continually upgrade my property with their capital improvements, they secure my property with their watchfulness and alarm systems, they pay down my mortgage AND they give me a reasonable return on investment. What’s not to love?
