Les Sloan Caretaker – Mackenzie Town Centre, and The Evergreen Centre, Mackenzie, BC

Les Sloan is a long time resident of Mackenzie and has raised three children here. He oversees the maintenance, custodial services, tenancy improvements & local leasing enquiries for both the Evergreen and the Town Centre.Les has served as a volunteer on many local Mackenzie committees and clubs over the last 30 years. In his (not so spare) spare time Les renovates and restores residential houses in Canada for fun and profit and travels abroad with his wife Kathy. During their travels the Sloans  renovate homes for needy families in the Dominican Republic.  They have three children and 3 grandchildren.

Les is involved in What color is hope.
– “Our Mission from the very beginning was very simple. All we wanted to do was bring hope where “HOPE” is only a word. Everyone has the ability to make a difference in another persons life but sometimes we just don’t know where to start. Come join us as we practice simple acts of kindness that will change the lives of everyone involved regardless of age, race, or gender. You can make a difference!”
